Work in a company that specializes in surface treatment and coating of industrial parts and components with special functional coatings.
The company covers various industrial parts with coatings that can help reduce friction, improve slip or adhesion, protect the surface from corrosion, contamination or mechanical impact.
Employees are trained to work with the surface treatment and spraying equipment used in the company.

Nature of work:
Your main tasks:
The work is physically active. Some parts may be heavier, so good physical fitness is required.
The production environment may be noisy and have higher temperatures due to operating mechanisms.
Experience in the field of surface coating or spraying is not necessary - employees are trained on the job.
An induction and training period of approximately 3 weeks is planned.
- preparation of industrial parts for surface treatment;
- placing, removing and moving products;
- working on surface coating and spraying equipment;
- servicing production equipment;
- monitoring the production process;
- cleaning equipment and workplace;
- auxiliary maintenance work;
- after learning the work process - independent work on automated surface treatment equipment.

Salary:
€15/hr. gross – starting salary.
After learning to work independently on the “Flat Spraying” surface spraying/coating device – €17/hr. gross.
Approximate salary:
about €2,600–3,000 gross per month, working 8 hours a day - more overtime is earned.
About 5–10 hours of overtime per week are possible.

Work schedule:
- 8-hour workday;
- work Monday-Saturday according to the established schedule;
- shifts are available from 06:00 to 22:00;
- possibility of working additional hours.
What do we expect from the candidate?
We are looking for people who:
A category B driver's license and own car would be an advantage.
- have at least 3 years of experience in production, technical, mechanical or similar work;
- have technical understanding;
- are able to work with equipment or are ready to learn quickly;
- would be able to work independently after training;
- are physically prepared for active work;
- responsibly comply with work and safety requirements;
- speak English or German at level B2.
