PRODUCTION AUDITOR Throughout Lithuania

On-site inspection of technological processes in catering units;
Control of compliance with GHP and production technology requirements;
Maintenance of documentation and document systems in the units;
On-the-job training of employees (as needed);
Communication with service recipients;
Cooperation with regulatory authorities (VMVT).

At least 1 year of work experience in the fields of public catering, quality control or auditing;
Knowledge of food safety and GHP requirements;
Understanding of technological production processes;
Knowledge of employee safety and health requirements;
Experience in team building, motivation and development processes;
Ability to work with a computer;
Category B driver's license (own car preferred).

Responsible and dynamic work in a company with many years of experience;

1000-1300 €/mon. net
