Job description
- Planning, scheduling, monitoring and improving the work of the cutting and painting bar;
- Organizing and coordinating the working hours of a team of up to 15 people (cutters, painters), ensuring the effective operation of the bar 7 days a week, 16 hours a day;
- Responsibility for the quality of painting and cutting and the percentage of defects in these bars;
- Effective monitoring and management of the consumption of cardboard, printing plates, paint pigments and other process-related materials;
- Ensuring work safety and order;
- Ensuring maintenance of technical equipment, finding solutions with equipment suppliers;
- Direct reporting to the production manager.
- Work in Kelmė, travel costs from other cities are reimbursed by the company.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of successful experience in leading a production team or shift;
- Team-oriented, results-oriented;
- Analytical thinking, ability to work with numbers and make decisions based on them;
- Experience working with business management or production planning systems;
- Excellent computer skills (especially MS Excel);
- Responsibility, independence and result orientation;
- Ability to work in a team and maintain clear communication between departments.
- English — for communication with equipment suppliers.
