Your main responsibilities:
- Effective implementation of production plans, ensuring the highest production quality standards and adherence to set deadlines.
- Operational work planning of shift workers, task distribution and direct activity control.
- Monitoring of production indicators, process supervision and constant search for optimization opportunities (ensuring efficiency).
- Creating a positive team atmosphere, employee involvement, motivation and development.
- Accurate completion of internal documentation, preparation of production reports and data analysis for management.
Employee requirements
- Successful team management experience in a manufacturing company.
- Excellent understanding of production principles, technological processes and occupational safety standards.
- Strong focus on quality, meeting deadlines and achieving production goals.
- Ability to mobilize a team, develop employees and effectively resolve conflict situations.
- High internal motivation, excellent planning skills and initiative in improving processes.
- Ability to work in a shift work schedule.
