We are currently looking for a Production Shop Foreman to join our production team in Kaunas. You will have the opportunity to organize and manage the activities of the production shop, prepare production plans and ensure their successful implementation. The job involves maintaining high production quality, prioritizing safety and health, and coordinating the activities of your team.
Working hours I-IV 08:00 - 16:45, V 08:00 - 15:30.

ABOUT JOB:
- Manage the daily work activities of the production team, taking responsibility for the team's performance
- Train team members and provide assessments in performance reports
- Help the team solve difficult or complex problems
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend ways to improve processes
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, applying Lean methods
- Ensure the team adheres to production documentation and complies with relevant regulatory issues
REQUIREMENTS:
- More than 2 years of experience in department management
- Computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn new technologies
- Good English language skills
- Ability to effectively organize and control production
- Personnel management skills
- Experience in establishing and maintaining manufacturing performance standards
- Competence in inventory control and planning
