MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBJECTIVES:
- You will be responsible for the organization, coordination and control of the production process - you will ensure that the work is carried out smoothly, on time and in accordance with the established quality requirements.
- You will ensure that the workplaces are properly prepared, the equipment is maintained, and the occupational safety and quality standards are always ensured.
- You will distribute tasks to the team, monitor the progress of work, ensure discipline and help employees achieve the best results.
- You will plan and organize the execution of work. You will strive for the effective implementation of the set goals.
- You will prepare work reports, inform the manager about the achieved results, the progress of work and any problems or discrepancies observed.
- You will solve daily issues related to the organization of work, process improvement and increasing production efficiency.
- You will consult employees on technological processes, work quality and safety issues, promote their responsibility and professional growth.
- You will participate in internal meetings, trainings and consultations, actively contribute to the organization of work and the improvement of processes.
SUCCESSFUL WORK WILL NEED:
- Have experience in production or technical field, able to organize work and lead a team of 6-12 people.
- Understand the logic of production processes, know how to plan work and ensure its implementation.
- Able to read technical drawings and apply technological or quality requirements in practice (advantage, but not necessary).
- Able to independently solve everyday situations and make decisions.
- Able to communicate clearly, able to motivate and involve the team to achieve a common goal.
- Work experience with MS Axapta / Dynamics 365 programs is an advantage.
