Nature of work
We are currently looking for a production shop apprentice to work on Draugystės g., who would be responsible for organizing and coordinating shift activities and smooth operation of the shop.
- Organizing and coordinating shop/shift activities, ensuring cleanliness/order/discipline
- Ordering parts and materials, ensuring sufficiency in the shop/shift
- Controlling product labor costs, making suggestions for increasing efficiency
- Ensuring product quality in the shop
- Training and supervising subordinate employees
- Providing feedback to subordinate employees
Employee requirements
- Knowledge of technological processes
- Production organization skills
- Computer skills
- Ability to work in shifts (6:00 - 14:30 and 14:30 -23:00)
- Responsibility, organization, discipline
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian
- Basics of English
