We are currently looking for a production shop apprentice to work on Draugystės St., who would be responsible for organizing and coordinating shift activities and the smooth operation of the shop.
ABOUT JOB:
- Organization and coordination of workshop/shift activities, ensuring cleanliness/order/discipline
- Ordering parts and materials, ensuring sufficiency in the workshop/shift
- Controlling labor costs of products, providing suggestions for increasing efficiency
- Ensuring product quality in the workshop
- Training and supervision of subordinate employees
- Providing feedback to subordinate employees
REQUIREMENTS:
- Knowledge of technological processes
- Production organization skills
- Computer skills (good knowledge of Excel)
- Ability to work in shifts (6.00 - 14.30 and 14.30 -23.00)
- Responsibility, organization, discipline
- Strong teamwork skills
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian
- Basics of English
