You will be responsible for:
- organization and coordination of the work of production workshop employees;
- quality assurance of manufactured products;
- quality control of raw materials;
- team formation and the process of introducing new colleagues;
- management of production process documentation;
- administration of personnel documentation.
We appreciate your:
- higher education (food production is an advantage);
- 2 years of experience in food production and management;
- knowledge of food production processes, technologies and equipment;
- willingness to act proactively and initiate changes;
- good MS Office skills.
