What you will be responsible for:
- Planning, organizing and controlling the work of the production workshop;
- Analysis of the causes of defects, downtime, production losses and other operational disruptions and implementation of mitigation actions;
- Implementation of production plans, deadlines, quality and productivity indicators;
- Close cooperation with production, technical, quality, personnel and other departments of the company, achieving smooth work and common operational goals.

What do we expect from you:
- You have strong team management and personal leadership qualities;
- You are communicative, plan your activities effectively and have organizational skills;
- You take the initiative to achieve comprehensive process improvement;
- You are able to promptly solve emerging problems;
- You have at least 3 years of experience as a production or department manager in a manufacturing company;
- You have obtained a higher education in management or production engineering;
- Experience in implementing and using LEAN methodology would be an advantage.
