Production manager(s)

At UAB "Vakarų vamvydų sistemos" you will be responsible for:
Organizing work in the shipbuilding/repair sector (with pipelines), planning the work of crews;
Preparing shift tasks;
Preparing and analyzing reports on completed work/projects;
Ensuring safety requirements at workplaces;
Preparing workplaces;
Filling in the working hours of the crew;
Handing over work to the quality inspector, class and customer representatives;
The quality of the work performed;
Adhering to the established project implementation schedules;
Communicating with customer representatives.

We believe that you would be best suited if you:
You have a higher or higher education in engineering, technical direction;
You know from experience what a production manager is responsible for;
You are able to lead people - mobilize and motivate them towards a common goal;
You are able to communicate in English and Russian;
You are good at working with computers and reading technical drawings;
You have at least 3 years of work experience in shipbuilding or repair;
You consider yourself an independent, optimistic person who is able to think strategically;
It is an advantage if you have experience working with metal structures, their products or pipelines.
