Production manager(s)

At UAB "Marine Technology" you will be responsible for:
Planning and organizing work teams;
Ensuring safety requirements at work sites;
Preparing work sites;
Filling out the team's work time log;
Submitting work to the quality inspector.

We believe that you would be most successful if you:
You have a higher or higher education;
You know from experience what a production manager is responsible for;
You are able to lead people - mobilize and motivate them for a common goal;
You communicate and can correspond in English and Russian;
You are good at working with a computer, able to read technical drawings;
An advantage if you have graduated from an engineering degree;
An advantage if you have experience working with metal structures or shipbuilding;
You consider yourself an independent, optimistic person who is able to think strategically.
