Nature of work
- Organization, management, control, improvement of pipeline production processes
- Implementation of new and ongoing projects
- Management of production personnel (allocation of work/tasks, setting deadlines and ensuring their adherence).
Employee requirements
- Higher university education
- At least 3 years of successful work experience as a production manager/foreman in a metalworking company (experience in a pipeline manufacturing company is an advantage)
- Knowledge of production and metalworking technologies
- Knowledge and experience in management, process planning, human resources management
- Ability to be a leader and promptly and creatively solve emerging challenges
- Oral knowledge of Russian and English.
