Hourly pay is applied according to 4 levels (based on work results and available competence):
Level 1 - 7.41 EUR/ hour, (new employees start from level 1)
Level 2 - 7.71 EUR/ hour, (depending on work results, there is a possibility to move within/after 3 months)
Level 3 - 8.21 EUR/ hour, (depending on work results, there is a possibility to move within/after 6 months)
Level 4 - 10 EUR/ hour.
Hourly wage is presented without deduction of taxes.
We emphasize that the levels are divided according to the achieved work results, and not the working time in the company.
The salary range includes health and motivational bonuses applied by the company (depending on the employee's results).
