The team is currently expanding and is looking for a production worker who will have the opportunity not only to contribute to the improvement of the production process, but also to propose solutions himself and see how the results of the work create value. Work location: V. Krėvės pr., Kaunas.

Your future responsibilities:

• You will assemble garage doors according to drawings – from parts to a fully finished product;
• You will work with power tools, which help the work to be done quickly and with high quality;
• You will perform various production processes: cutting, drilling, packaging and other work that ensures a smooth production process.

Work schedule: Mon–Fri, 7:00–4:00 p.m. Weekends are free.

• The ability to read drawings and work according to them - this is a necessary part of this job;
• Experience in production - so that you understand the processes and can quickly integrate;
• Quick orientation and initiative - people who notice, suggest and act are valued here;
• Analytical thinking - the ability to understand why you do it this way and see how it affects the overall result;
• The ability to work with power tools - these are your daily work partners;
• A responsible attitude to work.
