Nature of work
- Execution and supervision of daily production processes.
- Weighing, preparing and loading raw materials according to established recipes.
- Managing production equipment (we train on site).
- Product quality control.
- Packaging, labeling and preparing the product for shipment.
- Maintaining order and hygiene in the workplace according to food production requirements.
- Assisting in warehousing work: replenishing raw materials, arranging production.
- Work organization and coordination is the responsibility of the shift manager.
Employee requirements
- Responsible attitude to work and ability to follow established processes.
- Diligence, neatness and hygiene (working with food products).
- Physical fitness to work in a production environment (lifting raw materials, packaging).
- Ability to work in a team.
- Desire to learn and master production processes from start to finish (opportunity to grow).
- Punctuality and responsibility.
- An advantage, but not necessary: experience in production, the food industry or working with equipment.
