Nature of work

Vikenco AS is expanding its capacity and is looking for production workers to work on a rotational basis.
  • 2 months of work in Norway and 1 month of rest in Lithuania.
  • Direct employment in a Norwegian company, without intermediaries (Norwegian employment contract).
  • Basic hourly wage - 226.98 NOK/hour before taxes. Overtime is paid in accordance with Norwegian labor law requirements.
  • All necessary training is provided, so work experience is not necessary.
  • Assistance in finding accommodation.
  • Work at a salmon fish processing factory in the city of Aukro.

Employee requirements

We are looking for motivated, organized and hardworking people who want to join our team.
  • At least minimal knowledge of English.
  • Experience is an advantage.
  • Good physical health and a desire to earn money.
  • We are looking for employees only for long-term cooperation.

Candidates are taken care of by the administrative unit of Vikenco AS operating in Lithuania, therefore all assistance and information is provided in Lithuanian. The Lithuanian administration is located in Salantai, Kretinga district.
