Our client is a manufacturing company in Ignalina, operating for more than 10 years. The factory is equipped with advanced technologies that ensure accuracy and quality. The team strives to offer each client the most suitable solution and create individualized engineering projects.
We are looking for an experienced Production Director who, together with the shareholders, will lead a professional team and ensure the strategic growth of the company.

MAIN FUNCTIONS:
- Strategically manage factory operations – production planning, quality control, logistics and supply chain, aiming for productivity and efficiency
- Build and lead a team – set the structure, motivate people, promote smooth cooperation between departments
- Increase production volumes – the factory infrastructure is ready to double its capacity
- Ensure cost-effectiveness in production, monitor cash flow and supply chain reliability
- Develop and implement strict quality and safety standards
- Implement structured reporting and use operational data for process optimization and resource management

REQUIREMENTS:
- +5 years of experience in production or construction unit and process management
- Strong managerial and people management skills
- Knowledge of modern operations management practices: Lean, Industry 4.0, SCM, TQM
- Experience working with ERP/MRP systems
- Good command of English (Russian language skills are an advantage)
- Education in business, economics, engineering or construction is desirable
