📍 ABOUT THE COMPANY AND POSITION:
Our client: a foreign capital company belonging to an international industrial group, operating in Lithuania since 2003. The company manufactures engineering products and exports them to more than 15 countries around the world.
The company is currently expanding: improving production processes, strengthening the management team and entering new markets. We invite a Production Director to join this stage, who will lead production, mobilize the team and create the basis for further growth of the business.

📍 YOUR ROLE IN THE ORGANIZATION:
- Ensure the implementation of the production plan and effective management of production processes;
- Analyze KPI indicators, initiate and implement performance improvement solutions;
- Prepare and present performance reports to management and colleagues of the group of companies;
- Manage the production budget - plan, control costs and ensure efficient use of resources;
- Initiate and implement process improvement and innovation projects;
- Cooperate with technical, process improvement, quality, R&D, personnel and other departments;
- Participate in audits, partner visits and international meetings;
- Develop and strengthen the team of department managers, ensure their performance results and motivation.

📍CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher education in engineering, manufacturing, industrial management or similar field;
- At least 5 years of management experience in a manufacturing company, in the role of production manager;
- Experience in managing a production organization/department and a multi-level management team;
- Ability to work with production planning, performance indicators (KPIs) and data analysis;
- Experience in managing the production budget, planning capacities and controlling costs;
- Experience in implementing process improvement initiatives (Lean or similar);
- Ability to work in an international organization and cooperate with different departments;
- Good knowledge of English. Cooperation with colleagues in a group of companies in an international environment;
- Strong leadership, team building and strategic thinking skills;
- Orientation towards results, efficiency and continuous improvement of activities.
