The purpose of the position
To become the primary liaison between the manufacturing and design teams, ensuring a smooth composite aircraft manufacturing process, solving technical challenges in production, and continuously improving production quality, efficiency, and repeatability.
Primary responsibilities
- Provide direct technical support to the production and assembly team “here and now”
- Analyze, identify and solve technical problems arising in production
- Prepare, update and optimize production instructions and technological processes
- Participate in the introduction of new products and design changes into production
- Initiate the need for design improvements based on real production experience
- Design and improve production tools, templates and auxiliary equipment
- Work closely with the design, quality and production teams
- Perform non-conformance analysis and contribute to their elimination and prevention
- Constantly look for ways to increase production efficiency, stability and quality
- Participate in the assembly processes of prototypes and first products
Requirements for the candidate
- Higher university or college degree in engineering (mechanical, aviation, manufacturing or related field)
- Strong technical thinking and ability to "read" drawings and 3D models
- Practical approach to problem solving in a production environment
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with specialists in various fields
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian; English - for technical documentation
