Your responsibilities:
- Independently plan production processes, taking into account the product design: prepare documentation, describe the sequence of operations, assembly instructions.
- Independently coordinate the selection and use of appropriate work tools and resources, cooperate with suppliers.
- Process development for different bicycle models.
- Present the needs or wishes of colleagues according to process requirements, consult colleagues on issues related to production processes, analyze the most common production problems and create an action plan to solve problems.
- Know what bicycle models are produced in the company, what materials are used, what are the functional requirements and production methods.
- Be familiar with various production technologies, production processes, production equipment and materials used.
- Contribute to the implementation of various projects in the areas of quality, capacity, cost reduction and product improvement.
- Continuous cooperation with foreign colleagues, taking over bicycle models, solving challenges in production, providing optimization proposals.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Production Engineering Team Leader, based on production needs.
This job requires:
- higher education in engineering;
- at least two years of engineering experience in a manufacturing company, including knowledge of production equipment and tools;
- ability to read technical documentation in Lithuanian and English;
- good planning and organizational skills, ability to set priorities and ensure that tasks are completed on time;
- results-oriented and motivated to work;
- fluent Lithuanian and English (verbal and written).
- SAP knowledge (advantage)
- Solidworks (advantage)
