We are looking for a Production Engineer to contribute to the implementation of new products into production (NPI), the development of technological processes (DFI) and their efficiency improvement. In this position, you will be responsible for the transition of the product from drawing to stable serial production process, ensuring quality, productivity and data accuracy in the ERP system.
Main responsibilities:
- Analyze product designs, technical drawings and propose the most effective possible solutions (Design for Manufacturing principles).
- Determine optimal production routes, technological operations and production sequence.
- Prepare and maintain technological documentation, operational instructions and standards.
- Perform production process analysis, time standardization and optimization of work methods.
- Manage technological data in the ERP system: routes, operation times, materials and other production information.
- Analyze OEE, downtime, defects, productivity and working time utilization indicators and initiate process improvement actions.
- Collaborate with design, quality, supply and production teams in implementing new products and technological changes.
- Participate in automation, LEAN and continuous improvement projects.
We hope you:
- You have a higher or higher technical/engineering education.
- You have at least 2 years of experience in the field of production engineering or technology, preferably in furniture production.
- You have excellent knowledge of cabinet fittings, materials and their technological processing processes.
- You are able to professionally read technical drawings and create technological documentation.
- You have experience working with ERP systems and CAD/CAM software.
- You are good at Microsoft Excel and are able to analyze production data.
- You understand LEAN, 5S, Kaizen or other process efficiency principles.
- You are characterized by analytical thinking, a systematic approach and a result orientation.
It will be an advantage:
- Experience in introducing new products into serial production (NPI).
- Experience in working with production efficiency indicators (OEE, KPI).
- Experience in automation or robotization projects of production processes.
- Knowledge of English for working with technical documentation.
