We are looking for a Production Engineer to join our growing team and be responsible for the smooth transition of new products from R&D to serial production.
In this position, you will be the main point of contact between R&D, Quality (QA), Production, Supply teams, ensuring that new products are brought into production on time, with high quality and efficiency. You will work with products such as heat pumps and energy storage systems (BESS).

🔥 Main responsibilities:
- Manage the New Product Introduction (NPI) process from prototype to serial production (throughout the product life cycle).
- Ensure smooth collaboration between R&D teams and manufacturing, quality and supply chain.
- Prepare, approve and maintain manufacturing documentation (BOM, work instructions, test procedures).
- Coordinate pilot builds and their analysis.
- Identify manufacturing risks and ensure their management.
- Analyze product design (DFM/DFA) and provide suggestions for optimization.
- Ensure that the product meets quality, certification and manufacturing requirements.
- Collaborate with suppliers on component selection and validation.
- Participate in testing, validation and problem solving processes.
- Monitor and improve manufacturing indicators (cycle, quality).
- Ensure that documentation and processes are properly updated after product changes.
✨Big plus:
- Experience in the energy sector (Heat pumps, refrigeration equipment, electrical energy storage or their components).
- Experience with the production of electronic or electromechanical products.
- Understanding of testing and validation processes-Experience working with Odoo, Jira, Confluence systems.
- Understanding of certification and compliance requirements.
- Experience working with suppliers and component qualification.
🎯 What do we expect from you?
- Higher education in engineering (mechanical, electronic, mechatronics or similar).
- 3+ years of experience in NPI, production engineering or R&D.
- Understanding of the product development cycle (from prototype to mass production).
- Experience working with BOM, technical documentation and manufacturing processes-Understanding of DFM/DFA principles.
- Ability to analyze technical problems and find practical solutions.
- Experience working with interdisciplinary teams.
- Good organizational and project management skills.
- Good knowledge of English.
