"Vilniaus baldai" is looking for a production engineer! Join our team!

What will your working day look like?

👉 You will analyze the productivity of production lines and planned results data, help identify the causes of deviations;

👉 You will monitor the technical condition of the equipment and cooperate with the technical team in solving daily operational issues;

👉 You will participate in daily meetings with the production, technical and operator teams;

👉 You will contribute to the preparation and implementation of action plans in order to improve the efficiency of processes;

👉 You will participate in the installation of new equipment - you will familiarize yourself with the documentation and contribute to the training of operators;

👉 You will cooperate with foreign partners on technical issues.

👉 The work is carried out according to the usual daily work schedule.

This position is perfect for you if:

✅ Have 2-3 years of experience in production, technical or similar field;

✅Have a technical education (mechanics, mechatronics, automation, etc.);

✅Understand how production equipment works;

✅Able to analyze and identify problem areas, find solutions;

✅Able to read technical drawings;

✅Have excellent English language skills.

This position will be useful for you:

✅ Participation in equipment installation or commissioning projects;

✅ Work experience with monitoring and analysis of production indicators;

✅ Knowledge of Russian.
