PRODUCTION ENGINEER-TECHNOLOGIST / CNC PROGRAMMER

Biesse CNC machine programming and program optimization;

working with BiesseWorks and Fusion 360;

preparing 3D models, drawings and technical information required for production;

selecting CNC machining strategies, tools and sequence of operations;

designing and preparing new wooden windows, doors and other products for production;

analyzing and improving existing product designs;

finding solutions that allow reducing the number of manual operations and performing more processes on CNC machines;

optimizing production time, number of operations and technological processes;

testing new solutions in production and implementing them into a continuous production process;

collaborating with the production and technical team in solving engineering and technological issues.

Technical/engineering education or equivalent practical experience;

Ability to read and prepare technical drawings;

CAD/CAM or CNC programming experience;

Understanding of production technological processes;

Ability to independently analyze technical problems and find more effective solutions;

Responsibility, diligence and desire to improve.

It is not necessary to know all the programs we use.

Experience with BiesseWorks and/or Fusion 360 would be a great advantage, but we also invite candidates who have worked with other wood CNC systems - HOMAG/WoodWOP, SCM/Maestro, Weinig or similar equipment.

We will consider experience in woodworking, and especially in the design or production of wooden windows and doors, a great advantage.
