ABOUT THE POSITION
Femtika is looking for a Production and Inventory Coordinator to join our team, who will help ensure smooth administration of production orders, documentation control, and warehouse inventory monitoring. ABOUT THE COMPANY
We are a machine tool manufacturer and technology partner from product idea to final equipment production. We supply high-precision laser micromachining technologies to semiconductor, photonics, medical, automotive, aerospace and other industries. We believe that complex laser processes can be made accessible to specialists in other fields, so we create products that are sufficiently complex in engineering terms, but easy to use even for non-laser or photonics specialists. In addition to equipment production, we also provide manufacturing services using our own machines — we design and manufacture glass microcomponents according to customer needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Registration of production orders, monitoring of progress, deadlines and delays;
- Preparation and administration of production documentation, drawings, revisions and warehouse documents (reception, issue acts);
- Monitoring of warehouse stocks and minimum stock levels, submitting weekly replenishment requirements to the Purchasing Department;
- Identification and resolution of discrepancies between the quantities in the system and in the warehouse, participation in periodic inventories;
- Communication with production and purchasing teams regarding missing materials or parts;
- Monitoring production data, key KPIs and preparing reports for management (e.g. on stock status, order delays).
WHAT WE EXPECT
- Basic, vocational or higher education;
- B1-B2 level English language skills (written);
- Responsibility, diligence and ability to notice details;
- Ability to work with MS Excel;
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage processes;
- Ability to independently plan work and work in a team.
NOT NECESSARY, BUT WE WOULD APPRECIATE IT
- Experience in manufacturing, warehouse management or logistics;
- Experience working with document and/or production management systems;
- Knowledge of Lean/5S or similar production organization principles.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Work location — Keramikų g. 2, Vilnius. This is an administrative job closely related to the production department, therefore, on-site presence is required.

- Salary from 1,600 to 2,300 EUR (gross) at the beginning, depending on experience;
