We are looking for a strategic manager who would take responsibility for the efficiency of production and after-sales service activities, process optimization, team strengthening and development. This is a position for a person who is able not only to manage daily processes, but also to create a system, initiate changes and ensure financial results.

Main responsibilities:
- to form and implement a production and warranty service strategy;
- to ensure operational efficiency, quality, cost control and profitability;
- to optimize production, warranty service and returns processes;
- to develop and implement a KPI system and principles of continuous improvement;
- to manage department budgets, performance indicators and results analysis;
- to initiate automation and system improvement solutions;
- to form a team, develop a chain of functional managers and strengthen cooperation between departments;
- to ensure compliance with quality, ISO, safety and legal requirements;
- to initiate the search for new areas of activity and ensure their implementation.
What to expect:
- at least 5 years of management experience in production, service or operations;
- experience in implementing process optimization, Lean and / or KPI systems;
- strong business and financial thinking (P&L awareness, cost analysis, ROI);
- experience in managing changes and creating an operational structure, not just maintaining existing processes;
- technical competencies (required):
- education in electronics, electrical or related technical field or a strong practical technical background;
- experience working with electronics, warranty service or manufacturing related to electronics;
- knowledge of production and / or warranty service processes;
- experience working with suppliers, manufacturers and warranty / RMA processes is an advantage;
- strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
