We are looking for a Technical Control Specialist to join our Metals Testing Laboratory team and will be responsible for the quality assessment of components, raw materials, and finished products and the preparation of compliance documentation.

Nature of work
- Incoming control: visual, geometric and functional assessment of components and raw materials according to technical documentation and drawings.
- Non-conformance management: recording and analyzing detected component or production defects, providing feedback to suppliers/subcontractors and collaborating with the team to find solutions.
- Communicating with cross-functional teams to resolve subcontract component quality issues.
- Creating and registering documentation forms in the company's quality system;
- Working both in a team and independently.
Employee requirements
- Higher or higher education (part-time students are also suitable);
- Ability to use manual measuring instruments (caliper, micrometer, etc.)
- Technical understanding (reading drawings, preparing technical diagrams).
- Professional integrity – ability to constructively and reasonedly communicate about observed errors or discrepancies.
- Work experience in the field of quality control, metrology or laboratory measurements.
- Basic knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 or ISO 17025 standards.
- Basic knowledge of English, Ukrainian or Russian.
