Nature of work
We are currently looking for someone to become part of our team in daily activities. This is a broad, dynamic and responsible position for someone who enjoys production, order, processes, planning and a clear result.
Your responsibilities:

- organizing and participating in the production processes of cosmetics and dietary supplements;
- planning, prioritizing and meeting deadlines;
- coordinating the work of the production team;
- ordering raw materials, packaging and other necessary materials;
- monitoring balances and planning needs;
- communicating with suppliers in Lithuania and abroad;
- organizing logistics orders;
- administering production documents, orders and information;
- helping to ensure order, quality and smooth daily work of the company;
- solving daily situations and helping the manager organize activities.

We would consider education or studies in the following fields as an advantage: chemistry, cosmetology, biochemistry, pharmacy.
The most important thing for us is not only a diploma, but also your ability to organize work, learn quickly, take responsibility and understand the logic of production processes.

- experience in a manufacturing company;
- experience in cosmetics, dietary supplements, food industry, pharmaceuticals or similar field;
- experience with orders for raw materials, packaging or other materials;
- experience in coordinating a team;
- understanding of production planning, quality control or warehouse balances;
- driver's license.
Salary
2500-3000
€/mon.
gross
2,500–3,500 EUR gross, depending on experience and competencies. An additional motivational bonus/incentive may be paid for achieved results and real contribution to the company's growth.
