OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION:
- Participate in the formation and implementation of the company's growth strategy and activity plans, ensure budget execution;
- Form the goals of the production and development departments and develop the team, control the activities of the departments;
- Coordinate production, product and technology development processes, plan the need for the necessary resources, organize work;
- Analyze production indicators, quality reports and initiate actions to improve them;
- Provide proposals for equipment modernization, vertical integration, and international production development;
- Ensure compliance with quality management, environmental protection and occupational safety standards.
THE COMPANY OFFERS:
- Salary from 7,000 to 10,000 EUR gross, depending on your experience and competencies, + possible options;

REQUIREMENTS FOR A CANDIDATE:
- At least 5 years of experience in a production director/manager position in a similar industry;
- Higher education in engineering, production management or a similar field;
- Good English language skills;
- Experience in streamlining and/or automating production processes;
- Experience in developing a new factory project would be an advantage;
- Ability to effectively organize team work and manage production processes.
