In this position, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring production technological regimes by controlling compliance with instructions, parameters and regulations in production
- Implementation of new products and processes by actively participating and assuming responsibility for the adoption of advanced technologies, equipment and new products
- Innovation assessment and analysis by conducting production and investment payback assessments for new solutions
- Cost optimization and savings by effectively reducing production costs and rationally using raw materials, without violating quality requirements
- Cooperation with suppliers, preparation of requests and their implementation together with project teams
- Quality management and defect analysis by monitoring the quality of manufactured products, analyzing the causes of non-conformities and preparing problem-solving plans
- Preparation of technological documentation by preparing instructions for production departments and promptly updating data when parameters change
We hope you:
- Have a higher education in engineering, chemistry, wood technology, production technology or similar field
- Have experience in production, process development, technology implementation or project management
- Able to analyze data, identify improvement opportunities and make informed decisions
- Interested in innovations in the field of technology, materials and innovation
- Able to effectively cooperate with various teams and external partners
- Good command of languages - Lithuanian and English
- You are curious about technologies and motivated to contribute to a more sustainable future of production development
