- Responsibility for production results, control of goal achievement;

- Presentation of monthly results and development of improvement plans.
- System implementation, coordination and optimization of activities and internal processes;
- Measurement of employee work efficiency and continuous improvement;
- Coordination, motivation and development of daily team activities;
- Ensuring the growth, efficiency and competitiveness of the company;
- Search for innovative solutions and their implementation;
Employee requirements
- At least 3 years of successful production or warehouse management experience;
- Excellent command of English;
- Knowledge of business processes, financial management, strategic planning and risk management;
- Excellent leadership skills, ability to motivate a team to achieve goals;
- Ability to work in a team with different people;
- Analytical and strategic thinking;
- Independence and initiative;
- Category B driver's license.
