- Ensure proper operation, technical and sanitary condition of production equipment and technological inventory;
- Perform inspections of measuring instruments and other equipment, coordinate their maintenance and accept equipment after repair;
- Select appropriate equipment cleaning agents, prepare and improve cleaning and maintenance instructions and monitor their compliance;
- Participate in the process of managing technological equipment - from acquisition and commissioning to daily maintenance;
- Contribute to projects to introduce new products into production, increase equipment productivity and improve production processes;
- Provide training for operators and other employees on proper use, maintenance and cleaning of equipment;
- Monitor daily performance indicators, analyze results and make suggestions for their improvement;
- Prepare and complete necessary documents and reports, participate in inspections and inventories;
- Ensure rational use of energy resources, raw materials, supplies and inventory and contribute to ensuring product safety and quality.
We hope that you:
- Have experience in creating data reports and semantic models;
- Have experience in writing spark, python, sql, m code;
- Like to communicate with business, be able to "translate" their needs into IT language and find the optimal technical solution;
- You are not afraid of challenges and view emerging problems as opportunities and like to find effective solutions;
- Have the ability to see the whole: connect business processes, systems and their integrations (API, data flows);
- Able to distinguish essential from secondary issues and prepare clear, structured documentation;
- You want to constantly learn new things, are interested in technology, quickly understand new areas and easily adapt to changes;
- You have excellent communication skills and good knowledge of English (verbal and written).
Advantages:
- Higher or higher technical, technological, engineering or similar education;
- Experience in a manufacturing company; experience in the food production field would be an advantage;
- Knowledge of the principles of operation and maintenance of production equipment;
- Ability to analyze problems, identify their causes and propose practical solutions;
- Responsibility, independence, diligence and orientation towards quality and safety;
- Ability to cooperate with different teams and clearly convey information;
- Ability to prepare instructions, documents and reports and train employees;
- Good computer skills, ability to work with business management systems would be an advantage;
- Ability to communicate in Lithuanian and English.
