Nature of work
Maintenance and repair of production equipment:
Preventive maintenance:
- Maintain and repair packaging line equipment: filling, capping, labeling and conveyor machines.
- Eliminate equipment malfunctions.
- Replace and check various types of sensors (inductive, optical, mechanical, photosensors).
Preventive maintenance:
- Perform regular equipment maintenance work.
- Ensure smooth operation of lines during a shift.
- Fault recording and communication: record faults in technical logs, cooperate with production operators and other technicians.
Employee requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in maintenance of production equipment.
- Technical education: (electromechanics, automation, etc.). If you have experience, technical education is not required.
- Knowledge of the basics of pneumatics.
- Experience in maintenance of automation cabinets and sensors (advantage).
- Ability to work in a team and willingness to learn.
