We are looking for a PRODUCTION QUALITY INSPECTOR who will ensure that our piping systems and metal structures meet the highest quality standards.
We are looking for a PRODUCTION QUALITY INSPECTOR who will ensure that our piping systems and metal structures meet the highest quality standards.
Your responsibilities:
- Perform intermediate and final quality control of piping systems and metal structures.
- Inspect welds according to EN ISO 5817 requirements.
- Assess production compliance against technical drawings, specifications and quality requirements.
- Identify non-conformities, analyze them and ensure proper documentation.
- Prepare quality documentation and reports.
- Coordinate NDT inspections and collaborate with customers and third parties on quality issues.
- Work with the production team to resolve quality non-conformities and improve processes.
We hope you:
- You have an engineering degree or relevant experience in the field of production/quality.
- You have experience in quality control (in the field of metalworking or piping - a big advantage).
- You are able to read technical drawings and specifications.
- You are familiar with quality standards (EN 1090, EN 13480, DNV, etc.).
- You are diligent, responsible and able to make decisions independently.
- You speak English (Russian - an advantage).
Advantages:
- Experience in shipbuilding or repair sector.
- NDT / VT2 or other quality certifications (e.g. ISO 9712).
- Experience working with classification societies.
