What will your work look like:
As a Production Quality Technician, you will provide timely support to the team during production. You will also:
- Ensure that standards are met in the production process and that product non-conformities are managed and corrective actions are taken;
- Investigate product/process non-conformities/deviations in a timely manner, provide suggestions and implement quality improvement ideas in production or other processes;
- Communicate all useful information about the progress of quality processes to colleagues and support teams to ensure productivity and quality;
- Train production department employees in quality practices and procedures;
- Ensure that production personnel are constantly informed about quality requirements;
What we expect from you:
Smart and results-oriented Quality Technician who:
- Has a vocational, higher or university education (technical field would be an advantage).
- Is proficient in MS Office (especially MS Excel);
- Has knowledge of production processes, international standards (ISO), has advanced knowledge of quality tools, root cause analysis;
- Has analytical skills, is meticulous, is able to work in a team;
- Speaks Lithuanian fluently and has average English skills;
- Can work in a 12-hour shift schedule (2 days, 2 nights and 4 days off).

Salary 13.16 Eur/hr (excl. taxes). Monthly amount ranges from 2200 Eur to 2800 Eur (excl. taxes) depending on the number of hours worked. Final offer will depend on the candidate's experience and competencies.
