What will your working day look like?

👉 I will plan and organize the work of the team, ensuring the achievement of the set production goals;

👉 I will plan and optimize the operation of the equipment;

👉 I will form, develop and motivate my team;

👉 You will ensure open and transparent communication within the team regarding the set goals, performance results, share relevant information and news of the company;

👉 You will comply with the requirements and standards of occupational health and safety and coordinate so that your team also complies with them;

👉 You will work on a shift schedule (day and night shifts).

This position is perfect for you if:

✅ You have experience working in a manufacturing company;

✅ Has good planning, organizational skills, analytical thinking;

✅ Has leadership skills and wants to help the team achieve higher work standards;

✅ Has excellent communication and problem-solving skills, quick reaction.
