Nature of work:
- Organizing and coordinating the smooth and efficient work of the production team (~30 employees)
- Ensuring compliance with production processes and quality standards
- Monitoring production indicators, preparing reports
- Ensuring the team is provided with the necessary raw materials and work tools
- Improving the efficiency of production processes
- Ensuring compliance with occupational safety requirements
Requirements
- Ability/knowledge/experience to successfully lead a team of employees
- Higher/postgraduate education
- Computer literacy
- Very good knowledge of Lithuanian
- Knowledge of English OR Russian (at least intermediate level) - an advantage
- Leadership, responsibility, desire to improve and develop
