Balticsofa – one of the largest manufacturers of upholstered furniture in Lithuania, producing high-quality Scandinavian design furniture for export is looking for a production team manager.
Your daily routine will look like this:

- You will gather a production team for a common goal and make sure that the work goes smoothly;
- You will ensure that quality is not only an aspiration, but also a daily standard;
- You will monitor production results, notice opportunities for improvement and boldly offer solutions;
- You will make sure that the team always has everything they need for successful work;
- You will look for ways to make processes even faster, simpler and more efficient;
- You will help create a safe working environment where everyone feels good to work.
Requirements
- Ability/knowledge/experience to successfully lead a team of employees
- Higher/postgraduate education
- Computer literacy
- Very good knowledge of Lithuanian
- Knowledge of English OR Russian (at least intermediate level) - an advantage
- Leadership, responsibility, desire to improve and develop
