UAB Intelligent solar is looking for an energetic and experienced prefab production team leader for its production team. He will be responsible for leading the team, organizing work processes and optimizing production efficiency in the production line.

- Lead the prefabricated production team, motivate and inspire members to achieve high results;
- Plan and organize work processes in order to ensure optimal production efficiency;
- Ensure compliance with quality standards at all stages of production;
- Solve daily production problems and quickly respond to emerging situations;
- Cooperate with other departments of the company in order to ensure a smooth work process;
- Maintain and maintain production documentation and reports.
