We are currently inviting a Production Coordinator to join our team, who will contribute to ensuring a smooth production process, coordinating the team's work and improving operational processes.

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage the production department employees and be responsible for ensuring that customer orders are manufactured safely, on time and in accordance with agreed quality standards.
  • Coordinate cooperation with production planning, technical, quality and personnel departments, ensuring smooth flow of information and coordination of actions.
  • Maintain and create a work environment and culture focused on the customer, employee involvement and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to employee growth, motivation and revealing their strengths in daily activities.
  • Analyze performance results and indicators, identify process improvement opportunities and initiate solutions that help make production processes more efficient.

You will do great if:

  • You have knowledge of production processes and similar work experience (production manager, shift manager, production foreman, team coordinator or similar position).
  • You are able to organize work, coordinate a team and ensure smooth cooperation between different departments.
  • You have leadership qualities, know how to involve people and create a positive and result-oriented work environment.
  • You have English and computer skills
  • You are responsible, analytical, able to make decisions and solve daily challenges.
  • You are oriented not only to the result, but also to effective processes, their improvement and long-term solutions.
  • You have a desire to improve and contribute to the development of the company's activities.
  • Experience in applying LEAN principles, working with the Toyota Production System, TOC principles and quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001) would be an advantage.
