- Increasing the efficiency of the production process, creating work standards and ensuring their compliance;
- Analysis of production indicators;
- Instructing subordinate personnel and organizing work;
- Production quality assurance control;
- Participation in the company's projects, LEAN activities;
- Shift work schedule (day and night);
- Workplace - Plungė.
Employee requirements
- Higher non-university education (preferably in the field of food technology, management);
- Experience in management and experience in the food production industry is an advantage;
- Good computer skills;
- Basic knowledge of English and Russian;
- Excellent communication, planning, organizational and problem-solving skills.
