Supporting daily production activities, including operator consultation, parameter setting and process monitoring.
Tracking production performance using process data; identifying deviations and improvement opportunities.
Ensuring compliance with quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, FSSC);
Maintaining accurate production data reports, inventories, M3 updates and database.
Participating in and leading continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, energy consumption and plant capacity utilization.
Coordinating operators, shifts and daily tasks; ensuring safe work, EHS compliance and 5S procedures.
Collaborating with other departments (quality, maintenance, sales, logistics, purchasing and planning) to achieve stable and efficient production execution.
Execution of short-term production plans and daily operational priorities.
Performing the role of the main 5S contact in the production areas.
Coordination of daily activities with Lithuanian Railways and internal stakeholders.
Support for initiatives related to process transparency, performance reporting and digitalization.

Technical or science education (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Understanding of industrial production processes and process control principles (e.g. in food, feed, chemical or other process industries).
Interest in process analytics, KPIs and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to work with manufacturing systems, operational data and reports.
English language level B1
