Do you want to lead modern beverage production processes? We are looking for a responsible and experienced Production Manager who will ensure smooth operation of production lines, high product quality, and effective team management.
Your working day:
- Process management: daily implementation and monitoring of the production plan;
- Team coordination: organization of work of shift workers and distribution of tasks;
- Quality control: control of compliance with technological processes, recipes and hygiene standards of beverage production. BRC and IFS standards have been implemented in the company;
- Monitoring of production indicators, prompt resolution of emerging problems;
- Production planning.
We hope you:
- You have experience in production (an advantage is in the food or beverage industry);
- You have experience in leading a team (at least 1-2 years);
- You are familiar with food safety and hygiene requirements and are familiar with international standards;
- You are responsible, you react quickly to unforeseen situations and are able to solve problems;
- You have good computer literacy skills (knowledge of production accounting programs is an advantage).
