Nature of work:
- Organize and coordinate daily production activities,
- Form, develop and motivate your team for common goals,
- Ensure the implementation of production plans, quality and productivity,
- Solve daily production problems and ensure a smooth process,
- If necessary, actively engage in production processes and be an example for the team,
- Participate in process improvement and the introduction of order in the new factory,
- Working hours: Mon–Fri, 8:00–17:00 (weekends off),
- As production expands – 2 shifts (6:00–14:30 / 14:30–23:00).
What to expect:
- Ability to combine leadership with practical involvement in production processes,
- Practical leadership experience in production,
- Responsibility, initiative and quick reaction,
- Ability to promptly solve emerging problems,
- Good communication and team management skills,
- Computer literacy (MS Office).
