We are looking for a responsible and proactive person who would organize the work of the production team, help solve daily challenges and contribute to improving processes.

What will you do?
- You will organize and coordinate the work of production employees.
- You will ensure the implementation of the production plan, production quality and occupational safety.
- You will promptly resolve daily production issues.
- You will cooperate with other departments of the company.
- You will fill in and analyze production data.
- You will contribute to improving processes and increasing efficiency.

- Have work experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Able to organize work and make decisions.
- Know how to work with a computer (Excel and other programs necessary for work).
- You are responsible and proactive.
- Able to communicate with different people and rally a team for a common goal.
- You observe problems, take responsibility and look for ways to solve them.
- Want to learn, develop and contribute to improving processes.
