Nature of work
We are looking for a production foreman/work coordinator who would be responsible for the daily organization of production work, coordination of employee work, and quality control of the work performed.
This is a position for someone who is able to organize a team, clearly distribute work, control its performance, and promptly resolve daily production issues.

Main responsibilities:
- Organize daily production work and distribute tasks to production employees;
- Coordinate the work of employees during the production process and control the performance of assigned tasks;
- Ensure that work is performed in accordance with the established procedure, on time, and according to the tasks provided;
- Control the quality of work performed, sorting, and prepared materials;
- Ensure that discrepancies in the quality of work are corrected if discrepancies are noticed;
- Resolve daily issues related to the organization of employee work;
- Inform the department manager about the progress of work, identified discrepancies, and problems that have arisen.
Employee requirements
- Experience in production, waste management, logistics or other similar field of activity;
- Experience in organizing and coordinating the work of employees;
- Ability to clearly distribute tasks and control their implementation;
- Ability to independently and promptly solve daily work situations;
- Responsibility, organization and result orientation;
- Ability to communicate with different employees and work in a team;
- Computer literacy;
- Category B driver's license.
