Production Master

Effective work planning and task allocation.
Ensuring the implementation of production plans and tasks;
Coordination of the work of shift workers;
Monitoring production productivity, efficiency, quality standards;
Motivating, supporting, inspiring the team and promoting cooperation;
Promptly resolving emerging challenges and assisting the manager in achieving common goals.

You have successful management experience in production;
You have excellent planning skills and are able to manage several processes simultaneously;
You are comfortable working with a computer;
You are proactive, focused on solutions, not problems;
You are familiar with occupational safety requirements;
LEAN or 5S experience is a great advantage.

2300-2900 €/mon. gross

Salary is negotiated individually, taking into account your experience and competencies.
We are open to negotiations for higher remuneration for candidates with solid production management experience and LEAN knowledge.
