Nature of work:
- Organize daily production work and distribute tasks to production employees;
- Coordinate the work of employees during the production process and control the performance of assigned tasks;
- Ensure that work is performed in accordance with the established procedure, on time and according to the submitted tasks;
- Control the quality of work performed, sorting and prepared materials;
- Ensure that discrepancies in the quality of work are corrected if discrepancies are noticed;
- Resolve daily issues related to the organization of employee work;
- Inform the head of the unit about the progress of work, identified discrepancies and problems that have arisen.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in production, waste management, logistics or other similar field of activity;
- Experience in organizing and coordinating the work of employees;
- Ability to clearly distribute tasks and control their implementation;
- Ability to independently and promptly solve daily work situations;
- Responsibility, organization and result orientation;
- Ability to communicate with different employees and work in a team;
- Good computer skills;
- Category B driver's license.
