Main tasks:

Main tasks:
- Organization and distribution of production work according to approved production plans - from CNC milling, metal cutting, bending and other processing processes to product assembly and packaging;
- Ensuring timely execution of production plans, established work standards, productivity and production deadlines;
- Supervision and control of all production stages, ensuring compliance with established technological processes, assembly instructions and product quality requirements;
- Monitoring and analysis of production processes and results, identification of problems and causes of inefficiency, provision of proposals for improving the efficiency and productivity of processes;
- Organization of quality control of incoming raw materials and components and identification of discrepancies;
- Control of raw materials and material residues required for production, their issuance for production and ensuring timely demand;
- Ensuring proper operation and maintenance of equipment used in production, monitoring of failures and the need for technical service.
What do we expect from you:
- Experience in the field of production - an advantage if you have worked as a production foreman, shift manager or in another production organization position;
- Ability to organize and coordinate the work of employees, set priorities and ensure compliance with production plans and deadlines;
- Technical thinking and the ability to understand production processes, technological instructions and quality requirements;
- Responsibility, independence, organization and the ability to promptly solve daily production problems;
- Orientation to results and process improvement - the ability to notice inefficiency, analyze its causes and initiate practical improvements;
- Has a driver's license (category B);
- Advantage - electric forklift driving skills.
